How do I book an appointment?
Whether you are a bride or special guest, booking an appointment is easy!

Are bridal appointments free?
Yes - bridal appointments are free (with the exception of VIP appointments), however we do require a credit card to reserve your appointment.
We do have a no-show / cancellation policy. If you must cancel or reschedule, it must be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a $50.00 no-show / cancellation fee.
VIP APPOINTMENTS - A non-refundable fee applies. Call 201-608-5111 to speak with our consultants for more information and to book a VIP Appointment.

Are walk-ins welcome?
We would love to say yes, however our bridal shop is by appointment only to give every bride, bridesmaid, and mom a dedicated, quality experience finding their dress for their special day.
Same day appointments may be available! Call 201-608-5111 to speak with our consultants.

Are all sales final?
Yes - all sales are final. Exchanges, returns, or refunds are not available.

No photography, please.
We understand you are excited and would love a photo of you wearing a wedding dress.
We have a no photography policy for a reason we hope you understand. Many of our designer prohibit photos of their dresses in-store. Also, other brides may be present at our store during your appointment, and it would break their hearts if a photo is found of them in their wedding dress. Please respect our designers policies and the privacy of all brides. There will be so many opportunities to take photos of you in your dream dress!
