Appointment Confirmation
Once you schedule, you will receive a phone call from one of our consultants to confirm your appointment.
We do require a credit card to hold your appointment.
Cancelation
Sadly, the need for rescheduling and cancelation happens, and we understand.
While your appointment is free, you are subject to a $50.00 cancelation fee if you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment or you do not show up.
Please give notice as early as possible.
